As we are going to make the journal download-able from the website, it is necessary that the journal should be in public domain without breach of copyright. In that case it will be beneficial that the web journal should be registered under creative commons license CC-BY-NC-ND 4.0 (Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivative 4.0 International License). Once the website is ready it can be registered under registry. It is already confirmed that India falls under jurisdiction of CC License.
